  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed and Credited using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to the policies of our payment processors (e.g., UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe).

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR), and any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the user.

2. Course Purchase Refunds

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund for a course purchase within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content (e.g., videos, study materials, or exams), as tracked by our system.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Accessing more than 20% of the course content.

    • Completing any exams, quizzes, or assignments within the course.

    • Failure to request a refund within the 7-day period.

    • Courses marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase (e.g., promotional or discounted courses).

  • Free Trials: If a course offers a free trial, no payment is required during the trial period, and thus no refunds apply.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • If you subscribe to a recurring plan (e.g., monthly or annual access to premium content), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting care@themasum.in.

  • Refund for Subscriptions:

    • A pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period, provided the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the subscription start or renewal date.

    • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

  • Subscriptions cancelled before the next billing cycle will not be charged further.

4. Technical Issues

  • We will investigate and, if the issue is verified as a platform error, offer either a full refund or access to the content at no additional cost, at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are non-refundable:

  • Exam or certification fees, unless the exam was not delivered due to a platform error.

  • Job application or profile creation fees, as these involve third-party processing.
