While my PCM was 55.
And I did this course by taking a loan
When I was looking for a job, I came to know that I had done the course without qualification
Then somehow I did sailing as a cadet but from DG shipping we got a notice about sea time and 2Mate exam now I have to give NCV exam due to lack of PCM
But according to this ncv exam and my financial condition I decided to go in rating and now I am working as AB
Sir please guide me for 2Mate exam
Am I eligible for 2Mate exam after completion of 36 months
Do I need to do NCV after sailing as a rating or
Do I need to sail in NCV also .
