Thank you for choosing TheMasum.in. This Cancellation Policy explains how course enrollments, subscriptions, and other digital services may be cancelled on our platform.

1. General Policy

Users may request cancellation of a course enrollment, subscription, or service by contacting ca**@******um.in. Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle a user to a refund. Any refund request will be evaluated according to our Refund Policy.

2. Course Enrollments

You may request cancellation of your course enrollment at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the course may be revoked immediately or at the discretion of TheMasum.in. Since all courses, study materials, and digital content are delivered electronically, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

If you find any topic difficult to understand, please contact the instructor or our support team for assistance. Difficulty in understanding course content is not a valid reason for cancellation with a refund.

3. Subscription Services

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by contacting ca**@******um.in or through available account settings. After cancellation, no future subscription charges will be applied. Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.

4. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access a purchased course, subscription, or service due to a platform-related technical issue, please contact ca**@******um.in. Our team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, cancellation and refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy.

5. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled once accessed, downloaded, completed, or delivered:

  • Digital downloads, PDFs, study materials, and eBooks.
  • Completed exams, quizzes, assessments, or certifications.
  • Promotional, discounted, bundled, or special-offer purchases.
  • Services already fully delivered to the user.

6. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation, please email ca**@******um.in with your full name, registered email address, order or subscription details, and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

TheMasum.in reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
